Shane Simpson Looking Strong In Recovery

During the third game of the 2019 season against Maine, Towson standout running back Shane Simpson suffered a season-ending knee injury.

The senior was averaging 7.4 yards per carry on the season when the was injured in the first quarter of the game. But now 9 months after having surgery to repair his torn ACL and MCL he's looking strong.

Simpson has been granted an another year of eligibility and will be able to rejoin his Towson teammates for the 2020-21 season.
